Challenging moves

How about those hard moves, the challenging moves? I like to pick one hard move and two easy moves, then drill back and forth between them. For example, if Egyptian Basic is challenging you but you feel comfortable with Arabic and Pivot Bump, then put on a song and only use these three moves. A few of you have been introduced to the Arabic Shimmy. Have you tried dancing it since class?

We all know that we must rehearse to gain additional skills. Today is the perfect day to practice a little bit more. See if you can set aside 3 or 4 minutes for one song, just to work on one move that you want to improve. 💚💜
