Daily Movement Prompts, Tuesday, January 24, 2017 edition: Evaluating Goals and Progress
How much of your movement choices include goal setting and marking your progress on those goals? This could be literal tracking or just virtual tracking like “I’d like to make it through such and such a class” or “I want to be able to climb stairs” or “I want to earn this belt color in my martial arts” or “for this year, I want to run/walk a 1000 miles.”
Do you do better with virtual goals or literal goals? Do you do better with tracking numbers or skills and abilities? Did you set any goals for this year or this month? How are you doing pursuing your goals? Are you thinking about some goals for the near future?
