Daily Movement Prompts, Friday, March 10, 2017 edition: Movement as Investment
Sometimes when we choose to do an activity or movement or exercise, it can be an installment on an investment for us. You may be investing in your ability to go on walks with friends or family, so you do extra walks on your own. You may be investing in a skill or level of talent that is a goal of yours, so you put in the practice time to build that skill. You may be investing in physical therapy activities to invest in your recovery or healing from an injury. You may have an upcoming commitment, and you may be investing in your ability to meet that obligation.
How do you invest in your activities of choice? Which movement choices are investments to you? How have you seen these investments pay off for you?
