Daily Movement Prompts, Thursday, March 23, 2017 edition: Sense of Accomplishment
What movement, activity, or exercise has given you a sense of accomplishment? When afterwards you felt a bit of a glow, maybe a sweat, maybe TONS of sweat, maybe just a warm feeling of, “Wow. I did it.”
It could be a flight of stairs on a bad day or after an injury. It could be a challenging class, climbing path, dance move, or yoga pose. It could be a trip to the gym or a walk or a bike ride. It could be a new personal record, PR, or it could be a new streak (most days in a row).
