Sometimes when we talk about fuel, we think in a literal fashion: Enough “fuel” to keep going. Eating when hungry. Planning food that goes with extreme exertion.
But what about mental fuel for movement? What keeps you interested? Do you ever find your movement in a rut? Bored on the journey, bored with the journey? How do you pique your interest again? How do you fuel your passion? (Have you ever given this much thought? Or does going out to do something have a dole-drum effect on you that you hadn’t recognized?)
