Do you ever feel like you would just skip doing exercise or rehearsal or class or workouts if you didn’t tell someone, “I’m totally going to do XYZ tonight!” I wonder what it is about the declarative that involves a partner or a community that makes it easier some days for the follow-through.

Would you like to have a community that you can make a commitment to about movement tonight? What do you have planned? Is today a good day to move? Or is today the day you declare purposeful rest and recovery?
