Daily Movement Prompts, Sunday March 19, 2017 edition: Planning for a Week
At the end of my weekend, I have a reminder on my phone to check in with a friend. She and I have some dance goals and we agreed to be accountable to each other. This marks two weeks in a row my note says, “Oops. I totally didn’t do anything for my plan this week.” So I need to schedule my planned movement for this week.
Do you set weekly plans, whether actual goals and appointments or just loose goals for the week? Would scheduling a movement appointment be helpful for you?
