Daily Movement Prompts, Friday, December 30, 2016 edition:
I don’t know how the weather is in your part of the world, but “sunny southern California” is getting another rain storm and my office is freezing again, as I shiver under a blanket at my desk. It’s hard for me not to jump up and scream and run home.
At the same time, jumping up to do some intentional movement seems so out of reach that I am having to think hard about, “What movement improves my mood?” Because I seriously just want to go home and burrow.
What movements improve your mood? How do you get through feeling out of sorts?
