Have you ever had days when you wake up and think, “Wait, is it already another day later?” Maybe you think it’s Tuesday, but it’s already Wednesday. Or is nearly the end of the month and you barely remember the beginning of the month having gone by.
Sometimes time slows. Sometimes time slips away quickly. Today is the only day you can work on. How will you move your body today? How will you make today something you are aware of? How will you be grateful for being *aware* of today?
