Daily Movement Prompts, Friday, January 20, 2017 edition: When You Do All the Movement – Choosing Rest
I asked about crowds and high demands from other people, but today I would like to think about how we take breaks and rest. It can be tempting when we have great energy, bodies that respond well to demands, and our hearts are filled with motivation to “Do All the Things!” and forget how to pace ourselves.
How do you take regular breaks in large movement choices? Do you check the time? Do you build in breaks between tasks? How do you avoid over doing it?
