Daily Movement Prompts, Saturday, February 18, 2017 edition: Weekends (or Days Off)
Whether you have Saturday/Sunday off or if your days off are at different times (or even if they vary wildly), how do your days “off” affect your choices for movement and/or exercise? Do your “weekends” afford you more time to go running, swimming, hiking, dancing, climbing, or work at the gym? Or are weekends more difficult for movement schedules? Are your days off filled with “all the things” that you couldn’t do in your regular week? Is your schedule impacted by family members or someone for whom you are a caretaker?
